Very Berry Smoothie

Let’s Prepare

Wash and dry hands for at least 20 seconds.

Wash and dry produce.

Lay out tools and ingredients on a clean table.

Serves: 4 – 6 

Ingredients

1 banana (ripe) 

2 cups frozen strawberries 

1 cup plain low-fat yogurt 

1 cup apple juice 

2 Tbsp honey 

Instructions

Step 1: Set out all of the ingredients and tools.

Step 2: In a blender, add 1 cup yogurt, 1 cup apple juice, 2 Tbsp. honey, and 2 cups frozen strawberries. 

Step 3: Pulse the blender, then let it run until all the ingredients are pureed. If it’s too thin, add 3-5 ice cubes. If it’s too thick, add 1-3 Tbsp. of water. Blend again and taste!

Step 4: Pour into cups and enjoy!
