Rowdy Ranch Dip with Zucchini
Let’s Prepare
Wash and dry hands for at least 20 seconds.
Wash and dry produce.
Lay out tools and ingredients on a clean table.
Serves: 4
Ingredients
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tbsp minced fresh parsley
1/2 tbsp dried chives
1/2 tsp dried dill
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 lemon
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1 medium zucchini
Instructions
Step 1: Pick leaves off of parsley. Compost or discard stems. Use scissors to cut parsley leaves into small pieces.
Step 2: Using the bridge cut, cut zucchini in half. Then, cut it into 25-30 sticks.
Step 3: Roll the lemon to make it soft. Using bridge cut, cut lemon in half.
Step 4: Add sour cream and mayonnaise to the bowl.
Step 5: Add fresh parsley, dried chives, dried dill, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to the bowl.
Step 6: Add 1 tbsp lemon juice (about half of a lemon) and discard seeds.
Step 7: Stir ingredients.
Step 8: Arrange zucchini sticks on a plate. Dip sticks into the ranch and enjoy!
