Green Machine Spinach Smoothie
Let’s Prepare
Wash and dry hands for at least 20 seconds.
Wash and dry produce.
Lay out tools and ingredients on a clean table.
Serves: 4
Ingredients (for up to 25 tastes)
2 cups Frozen pineapple
1 Banana
⅓ cup Vanilla Greek yogurt
1 cup Spinach leaves
1 cup Milk
2 - 4 cubes of Ice (optional)
Instructions
Step 1: Measure and add 1 cup spinach leaves and 1 cup milk to the blender.
Step 2: Measure and add 2 cups of frozen pineapple, 1 banana, and ⅓ cup vanilla Greek yogurt to the blender.
Step 3: Pulse the blender, then let it run until all the ingredients are pureed. If the smoothie is too thick, add 1–2 Tbsp. water. If it is too thin, add 2–4 ice cubes and blend again.
Step 4: Portion smoothie into individual cups. Distribute to each student.
