Crunchy Cucumber Wrap

Let’s Prepare

Wash and dry hands for at least 20 seconds.

Wash and dry produce.

Lay out tools and ingredients on a clean table.

Serves: 6

Can’t use cream cheese?
Try these yummy alternatives.

  • 16 oz Hummus (check for sesame allergies)

  • 2 cups Sunflower butter, peanut butter, or almond butter (check for nut allergies)

  • 2 cups Dairy-free cream cheese alternative

Want to add more veggies?
Add a 1⁄4 cup of one of these:

  • bell peppers, sliced

  • cherry tomatoes, halved

  • zucchini, sliced

  • squash, sliced

  • sweet potatoes, cooked

Ingredients

4 medium Cucumbers

16 oz Cream cheese

2-3 Tbsp. Dried dill

6 small Whole Wheat Tortillas (Or, 3 large tortillas cut in half.)

Instructions

Step 1: Using the bridge cut, cut the cucumber in half. Then, slice each half lengthwise.

Step 2: Using the bridge cut, cut into ¼ inch sticks.

Step 3: Measure and add 1 ½ cup cream cheese and 2-3 Tbsp. dried dill to the small bowl. Stir to combine.

Step 4: Arrange one tortilla onto a plate. Spread 1 Tbsp. of cream cheese onto the tortilla.

Step 5: Add a few sticks of cucumber on top of the cream cheese.

Optional: Add 1/4 cup of additional veggies of your choosing!
